Artivist

ART = The product of human creativity; the conscious making of words, images, sounds, colours and other elements that affect the sense of beauty; an activity intended to express feelings or ideas.

ACTIVISM = The use of intentional and direct action that aims to achieve social, political or environmental changes.

CULTURAL ACTIVISM = Active promotion of rational ideas through art, education, science, the media etc. for the purpose of revitalizing culture.

ARTIVISM = Simultaneous commitment to the values of activism and artistic creation; the use of creativity and independence offered by art as a means of promoting change
